After customers start using the Managed EDR Service, they can contact us on the portal site provided by our company. Portal site also provides alert notifications and monthly reports from the Managed EDR Service.
Service is provided 24 x7 for EDR monitoring, critical alert notification, automated response, and response. Analysts analyze and respond to inquiries from a.m. 9:00 to p.m. 5:00 on weekdays (excluding New Year holidays).
