The RoboForm MSP Program allows Managed Service Providers and IT management firms using Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud to offer RoboForm as part of their managed services with flexible, automatic monthly billing. The program uses a pay-as-you-go model where billing is calculated per user, per day, helping MSPs scale services up or down without long-term commitments. MSPs using RoboForm through Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud can create and manage multiple customer companies and users directly from a centralized RoboForm MSP Portal. MSPs can also deploy the RoboForm desktop client using Acronis deployment services. The MSP Portal provides centralized administration, reporting, and visibility across all managed companies and users, while allowing MSPs to add team members with customized administrative, management, or audit permissions. The program includes MSP-optimized pricing across all license types, including new, additional, and renewal licenses. MSPs can create free RoboForm for Business trials for clients directly from the portal and receive full technical support for both their internal teams and managed customers during trials and active usage. Getting started involves opening an MSP Portal account, creating managed companies and users, and then managing licenses and usage as needed. User additions or removals automatically adjust billing, simplifying ongoing account management. Additional Acronis integrations are planned, with future updates expected to bring centralized management and operational features directly into the Acronis dashboard.
