Our automated response capabilities ensure that known threats are addressed immediately, around the clock. Our Security Operations Center (SOC) is fully staffed and actively threat hunting and managing incidents Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00 (UTC+1). For events detected outside business hours: 🔹 Critical incidents trigger immediate response. 🔹 Non-critical events are logged and prioritized for review when the SOC reopens. When a potential security incident is identified, our MDR and SOC analysts act fast. The response is structured and scalable – starting with initial triage according to our SLA. In case of a critical incident the infected device is automatically quarantined. Investigation by Tier 1 analysts is initiated and escalating to Tier 2 and Tier 3 experts for deep analysis.
